Mark graduated cum laude from Georgia State University in 2004 and entered the mortgage industry in 2006. Starting as an assistant, he steadily worked his way up through Junior Loan Officer and Loan Officer roles to become a Senior Loan Officer. With over two decades in lending, Mark has successfully navigated every type of market — from the 2008 housing crisis to the challenges of COVID and everything in between — giving him a depth of experience that few loan officers can match.

Throughout his career, Mark has helped clients with a wide range of financing options including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Down Payment Assistance, and Non-QM loans, as well as HELOCs. He is experienced with both new construction and resale homes and works with first-time homebuyers, seasoned homeowners, investors, and clients who are upsizing, downsizing, or refinancing — including cash-out refinances.

What matters most to Mark is that his clients never feel like a number. He takes time to understand each person’s financial goals and unique situation, then guides them toward the loan solution that best fits their needs.

His faith also plays a central role in how he serves others. Mark strives to conduct his business with honesty, care, and integrity, treating every client with the same respect and compassion he would want for his own family.
